Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PB Score ("Pickleball Score Caller", "the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

PB Score is a pickleball score tracking application that provides score keeping, text-to-speech score announcements, and Apple Watch companion support. The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use.

In-App Purchases

• The App offers a free tier limited to 5 matches. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks unlimited matches.
• All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
• Purchases are non-consumable and can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID.
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple, as we do not process payments directly.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
