By downloading, installing, or using VideoToAudio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

VideoToAudio is a utility application that converts video files to audio files on your device. All processing is performed locally; no files are uploaded to external servers.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must only convert files that you own or have the right to convert.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App does not violate any copyright, intellectual property, or other applicable laws.
• Unauthorized conversion of copyrighted content may result in legal liability.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is the property of VideoToAudio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The App uses FFmpeg, which is licensed under the LGPL (GNU Lesser General Public License).

5. Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ad content is determined by Google and is not controlled by us. By using the App, you acknowledge that ads may be displayed during use.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Conversion results may vary depending on the source file format and quality.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss or file corruption.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
