By using Video Compressor ("the App"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Description of Service

Video Compressor is a mobile application that provides the following features:

• Compress video files with customizable quality presets (High Quality, Balanced, Minimum Size)
• Adjust resolution, bitrate, frame rate, audio inclusion, and output format (MP4/MOV)
• Save compressed videos to your device's photo library
• Share compressed videos via system share sheet
• View compression history
• Multi-language support (Korean and English)

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the App to process content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App's functionality
• Redistribute or resell the App or any part of it

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the videos and content you process using the App.

4. Advertisements

The App displays interstitial advertisements powered by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that advertisements may be displayed during your use of the App. Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers and is not endorsed by the App developer.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• Compression results will achieve a particular file size or quality level
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising out of your use of the App. This includes any damage to or loss of your original video files.

7. User Content

• You are solely responsible for the videos and content you process using the App
• The App does not upload, store, or transmit your content to any server
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your original video files before compression

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
