What video formats are supported?
The App supports MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, WEBM, and FLV formats. The maximum file size is 1GB.
How long can my GIF be?
By default, you can create GIFs up to 15 seconds long. We recommend 3-8 seconds for the best quality and file size balance. You can extend the limit to 60 seconds by watching a short rewarded ad.
How do I adjust the GIF quality?
After trimming your video, use the GIF Settings screen to choose from quality presets (High Quality, Balanced, Small Size) or customize FPS, resolution, and playback speed individually.
Where are my converted GIFs saved?
Converted GIFs are stored within the app. You can save them to your photo library using the Save button, or share them directly using the Share button on the result screen.
Why did my GIF conversion fail?
Conversion may fail if the video file is corrupted, the device runs low on storage, or the app is interrupted. Try selecting the video again or restarting the app. If the issue persists, please contact us.
Can I save GIFs to my photo library?
Yes. Tap the Save button on the result screen. The app will request permission to access your photo library if it hasn't already. You can manage this permission in your device's Settings.
