By downloading or using Video to GIF ("the App"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Description of Service

The App provides a video-to-GIF conversion tool with the following features:

• Convert video files (MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, WEBM, FLV) to animated GIF format
• Trim video clips before conversion (up to 15 seconds, extendable to 60 seconds)
• Customize output settings including FPS, resolution, playback speed, and looping
• Save converted GIFs to your device or share them via the native share sheet

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the App to convert or distribute content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Use the App to create or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Circumvent any limitations or restrictions built into the App

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of any video files you provide and the GIF files the App generates from your content.

4. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob, including interstitial ads (shown between conversions) and rewarded ads (optional, to unlock extended trim duration). By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the display of these advertisements.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs
• The output GIF quality will meet your specific expectations
• The App will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or content.

7. User Content

All video processing occurs locally on your device. The App does not upload, store, or access your videos on any server. You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to use and convert any video content
• Backing up your original video files and converted GIFs
• Any content you create and share using the App

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue the App or restrict access at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, but your converted GIF files remain on your device.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
